Exciting news! Fabbris has taken home two Gold medals for our Hungarian Salami and our Cacciatore Salami at the recent Sydney Fine Food Awards.
The Sydney Royal Smallgoods and Charcuterie Competition rewards product excellence and innovation and has provided us with an opportunity to benchmark our product and to be awarded the distinction as best-of-the-best.
We see these Sydney Royal medal wins as a testament of achievement at the highest level, and it’s great to be recognised for our personal dedication, ability, uncompromising diligence and hard work.
